All fasteners and bolts used in our products are protected against corrosion during electroplating processes. Among these processes are hot galvanizing and dachromate coating. Hot galvanizing is a plating process to protect metal parts. In this operation, a solution of a substance called zinc is poured on the metals to protect them from corrosion and decay. First, the target piece is immersed in a bath of molten zinc, and then it is removed from the molten zinc bath. Dachromat coating has very wide and valuable users in the industry, very high resistance to corrosion, heat, not creating hydrogen brittleness, compatibility with other coatings and infinite resistance to galvanic corrosion are among them.
